Everyone there is great. Very knowledgeable and absolutely great to work with. The upfront estimate was dead on. No delays, I met many of the mechanics and they remembered my brother’s car and his story. Great people.

Paid 362.00 for a PPI on a Corvette. They provided very little documentation (pictures / report) of their findings other than check marks on a list I prepared and a call with the mechanic. Far from pleased.

Im so very satisfied with my choice to have them work on my Vette.. I put coilovers on my vette. Had performance alignment set up the car. Adjusted ride hight corner balancing and 4 wheel alignment. The car rides and drives excellent now. Also had them investigate a vibration in my GXP G6. Just installed new eagle F1 A6 tires on it. They found the tires were not balanced correctly. Road forced balancing.. now she is so smooth. I will now always have my tires mounted and balanced also any alignment needs will be taken to Performance Alignment. Great job guys! You have definitely earned my business. Thank you so very much.

I’ve never given out a review before, but after my experience here, I feel that it was right to do so. About a month or so ago, I requested an alignment and a used car inspection to be performed on my Cadillac just to ensure it was good to go and to know any potential issues. After my first call, I was told that Fridays and Saturdays are normally only for catch-up work, which is fair, and they said they would get back with me. After a week went by, I made the call to them to ask for an update. I then was able to receive a scheduled date. At the end of my visit, I was given a whole slew of problems. With the alignment, I was told that the front right could only be changed by -0.01 degrees and that the car may have had front end damage on the right side. So they recommended that the strut and steering knuckle needed replaced. After all of this, my steering wheel was still not straight. I then had the car checked out by Joseph Cadillac in Florence, KY and they were able to straighten the steering wheel AND adjust the camber completely fine. They had zero problems and he had zero concerns of any possible damage. They charged me $160 for an alignment compared to Performance charging

The entire team here is fantastic. My 1972 Chevy C10 wasn't the easiest of jobs as we couldn't drive into the shop, so we had to push and tow it in. Once Bill knocked out the alignment, the guys then went to work on troubleshooting the non-running situation. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. So many years of experience there, and they were all happy to answer questions even after the job was over, and I called in with some. I'll see them again when my other project car is ready.
